Holding a B.S. in Exercise Physiology from the University of Miami, Meghan is passionate about teaching effective form & functional movement  patterns that enhance day-to-day performance, ultimately ensuring long-term health. Longevity is a core value at TAKE OFF with Meg, her training platform, that empowers members to find joy in movement & do what they love for as long as possible.
